Delivery & Returns
Delivery Options
1. Royal Mail Delivery (UK-Wide)
We currently ship from the UK to customers worldwide. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking: Optional tracking is available with selected Royal Mail services.
2. Free Local Delivery – Dundee Area
We offer FREE delivery to selected postcodes within Dundee. This option will appear automatically at checkout if your address qualifies.
3. Self Pickup (Click & Collect)
Choose Self Pickup at checkout to collect your item in person.
Pickup is from our studio (full address and pickup time will be shared after order confirmation)

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order! But if for any reason you’re not satisfied:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To request a return or exchange, email info@houseofmofashion.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
Please note: As a small business, earrings, undergarments, and customised products are non-returnable for hygiene and personalisation reasons.
